Good morning, I locked myself out of RDS. I incorrectly guessed my password too many times before I found it. If that is something you can help with thank you! If not can you direct me where to go?

Hi Ryan! You can try resetting it yourself by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link under the Login button on the Employee Access page.
If that doesn’t work, go to the Tech Support page on EVSC Connect https://staging.evscconnect.com/technology/support/ and choose “RDS Employee Access” from the menu. Then choose what type of assistance you need and select Other and put “Password Reset” in the Other box. Fill out the additional fields and then submit. That will send a ticket to the folks that support that website.
