PowerTeacher Gradebook Grade Card Submit Calendars
Calendars updated on August 21, 2025 at 3:20 pm.
These are the grade card submit schedules for the current school year for all schools.
To add these calendars to your Google Calendar, scroll down this page, locate the embedded Google Calendar, and click the “Add to Google Calendar” link in the bottom-left corner of the calendar. You need to make sure that you are logged in to your EVSC Google account prior to clicking the button.

Quarter Assignment Due Dates
These are the due dates that qualify assignments to be counted towards report cards for the given quarter (Q#) in PowerSchool.
Assignments with due dates outside these date ranges will either count for the next quarter OR as a final exam (if your school gives final exams).
- Q1: Aug 4 – Oct 3
- Q2 (all done before Winter Break)
- Elem & Middle Schools: Oct 6 – Dec 19
- HS Credit Courses in MS: Oct 6 – Dec 19
- High Schools: Oct 6 – Dec 19
- Q3: Jan 6 – Mar 13
- Q4 Elem/K8: March 16 – May 18
- Q4 Middle Schools: March 16 – May 22
- Q4 High Schools: March 16 – May 22
Final Exam Assignment Due Dates
The final exam assignment should be dated during the E1, E2, E3, or E4 dates. Any assignments dated during this window will fall into the final exam total.
Before entering a final exam assignment, be sure to change the Term from Q# to E# using the menu in the top right corner in PowerTeacher Pro Scoresheet view. Click to view more information on How to Give a Final Exam Grade.
