Document Delivery in PowerSchool SIS

In order for teachers to gain access to 504, IEP and other student documentation in the PowerSchool Document Delivery system, teachers need to be assigned a user role in the Document Management system. To get assigned a user role, teachers just need to visit the Digital Document Delivery system one time. Once administrators see that you have visited the site, they will assign you access to the website.

How to Visit the Digital Document Delivery System

  1. From PowerSchool SIS, click the Applications icon (square w/arrow) on the menu bar.
  2. Click Digital Document Delivery.
  3. The website will launch a new tab in your browser. If the page stalls while loading, click the refresh button in your browser to reload the page.
  4. Once the page loads, your part is finished.
  5. Once your role is updated, revisit the Digital Document Delivery website to view student information in Document Management.

When will my user role get updated?

During normal school hours, give administration 1-2 hours to get your user role updated. If your role is not updated within 24 hours, please submit a webdesk ticket.
