EVSC Lincoln Clinic is relocating to a new building to better serve your needs! Effective September 22nd, EVSC Lincoln Clinic will be renamed EVSC East and will be in the Ascension/St. Vincent Tri-State Clinics Medical Arts Building located at 3700 Bellemeade Ave, Suite 121, Evansville, IN 47714.
This new and improved space will provide better access with it’s own entrance for EVSC employees and ample parking in a convenient location.
EVSC & our Health and Wellness Clinics are proud health and comprehensive psychiatric services at no cost to those eligible for clinic access. Employees covered on EVSC Anthem medical plans can access mental health care through the EVSC Clinic from the providers below:

Our employee clinic offers convenient, no-cost healthcare services to employees and dependents covered on an EVSC Anthem medical plan, to support your health and well-being. Services include treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, health screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, weight), wellness support, and help managing chronic conditions. The EVSC Health & Wellness Clinics provide free primary and preventive care services to employees, retirees and their dependents covered by the corporation’s group health insurance plan. Locations include:

- Lincoln Avenue Center (1332 Lincoln Ave.) – located two blocks east of Highway 41 in the Family Medical Associates building at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and S. Willow Road. Effective 9/22/2025 – Moving to The Medical Arts Building at 3700 Bellemeade Ave
- Mt. Pleasant Center (1033 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Suite 1) – located just east of Highway 41 in the 41 North Business Park, off Mt. Pleasant Road, behind McDonald’s.
- Rosenberger (100 Rosenberger Ave.) – 100 Rosenberger Ave. which is located behind Thorntons off the Lloyd Expressway.
