Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program provides EVSC employees with short-term counseling services by a local provider, financial coaching, caregiving referrals and a wide range of well-being benefits to reduce stress, improve mental health and make life easier. Services provided by EAP include: mental health services (5 free in person sessions each year), life coaching, financial consultation, legal consultation, life management, personal assistant and medical advocacy.
Betterleave Bereavement Care
Betterleave is a digital health platform that provides bereavement, loss & grief care services. Designed to guide members through every step of loss, EVSC is offering employees unlimited access to digital navigation tools & checklists for all grief-inclusive journeys. Betterleave care coordinators can assist with a wide range of needs from estate planning to connecting members with licensed grief coaches.
