Last week you received an email from Google encouraging you to sign up for 2-step authentication. This was not a phishing attempt.
In order to provide a more secure environment and be eligible for CyberSecurity insurance, it’s mandated that we enforce 2-step authentication.
All users should make this change in advance of a January 31st enforcement. On January 31st, staff will be required to enable the process in order to access email.

- NOTE: Students are exempt from this mandate.
